Soon after the first flowers bloomed this spring, we had the opportunity to capture some sweet moments of Casey + Megan, a down to Earth, outdoorsy and fun couple we really enjoyed hanging out with! They decided to have their sweet pup join the shoot, too, which we were super excited about! (Donny & I always encourage our couples to include their fur kids!) Their adorable pointer was beyond excited to explore the outdoors and new surroundings, yet still did so well during their engagement session at Lanterman’s Mill & Austintown Park—two of our favorite local destinations for photos.

A few weeks ago, Donny & I met up with Perry + Audra to take some pretty outdoorsy engagement photos at one of our favorite local spots, Lanterman’s Mill. Although we hadn’t met Perry + Audra before this session, we quickly found that we had a lot in common. They’re so down to Earth, smiley, and fun! Their session felt so natural and it wasn’t hard to tell how much they loved each other and how well they worked together.

Last month, Donny & I had the pleasure of meeting up with Luke + Spenser for their urban Pittsburgh engagement session! We were so excited to finally meet these two after months of chatting and planning—they are so sweet! Although we are partial to Cleveland as homegrown Ohio kids (go Brownies!), we always love traveling to Pittsburgh for shoots, and for fun! The city is such a beautiful location for photos given its scenic backdrops including bridges, hills, overlooks, the river, and more! Enjoy some of our favorite moments from the day!

On April 27 Donny & I had the pleasure of telling Jason + Bonnie’s story. Their beautiful spring wedding at a medieval designed venue in Ellwood City, Pa was so intimate, sweet, & fun. You could tell how much genuine love there was between not only the bride & her groom, but also between them and their bridal party and guests. We are so happy we had the opportunity to capture these special moments for such an awesome couple!

Shortly before returning to Ohio from our month long work-vacation in St. Petersburg, FL, Donny & I had the privilege of photographing Chris + Kristi. On vacation themselves, they wanted to take advantage of the Florida sunshine and beach before Kristi was deployed for duty. Hoping to capture a few memories to help manage their time apart from one another, they decided to do a cute mini session on the beach at sunset. Several weeks ago, Donny & I had the privilege of photographing the bond between two amazing individuals (who have now become friends), Will + Gabby. Their sunny Florida wedding in Venice was absolutely gorgeous, heartfelt, and intimate. Guests flew in from all over the world, traveling thousands of miles to be apart of the festivities and witness the love and commitment of their favorite couple. It was such a special day! We’re so thankful we were able to be apart of it and tell their beautifully unique story.
